Hello anons, inviting you guys to try a quick 15 minute calisthenic workout called the MARSOC short Card/Recon short card.
I like to do it on my 3 non lifting days and sometimes after I lift if I'm feeling brave
My max sex of dead hang pull ups is 5 with a 45lb weight attached
