Basically this
breakfast - coffee and whatever i have lying around (granola bars, cereal, oats if there's nothing else)
lunch - usually a salad of some kind. occasionally a slice of pizza with pepperoni and sausage or a burger.
pwo - protein shake
dinner - chicken breast, sometimes with rice, sometimes with bread, always with ketchup
This is my diet on a workout day. Workout 6 times a week, currently cutting
10am - Coffee
5:30pm - 2 apples, handful of almonds
7pm - Post workout 2 scoop protein shake, banana
7:30pm - 500 - 600grams of grilled chicken breast, 300 grams of steamed broccoli and cauliflower
8:30pm - 2 babybel cheeses, A mango or Half a cantaloupe, 200 grams of greek yoghurt
9:30pm - green tea
