The ones sold over the counter are usually shit, unless they have caffeine or yohimbine, then they are a little better, but not by much. Useful for cutting if you're already sub 10% BF, if you aren't then it's a waste of money imo.
DNP + Clenbuterol + ECA stack is going to be your best combo if you want to shed fat.

I found this shit called Dietnexercise that is fire as fuck son.
DNP will kill you. I'm not risking my life for weight loss. I use Phentaslim, it's got the right mix of ingredients

Has anyone had experience with CLA? I've read some scare articles that say it would fuck up with your veins/clog them with the fat that isn't absorbed.
