Not even lifting for a year I rep 1.5pl8 on binch and 1plate on OHP, and I thought my OHP was out of proportion as compared to bench...

I injured my shoulder/bicep back in December, so I can't bench much right now.

Even before the injury, I still had an unproportionally strong press compared to other people, because I was always really strict with the form.

OHP uses more of your core and lower body in the lift when you do it properly like pic related, but people always struggle with OHP because they usually don't do it correctly. Ass forward at the bottom and then pull it backward as the bar goes up.

My split is push, pull, small muscles**, push, pull, legs, so legs once a week

I do dumbbells 90% of the time because I'm paranoid of becoming asymmetrical

Squat and deadlift same day

I only do bodyweight exercises (sometimes I add weights to pullups or something though) even though I have an awesome, always empty, modern, clean, gym within walking distance from my house (about 3km) that I can use for free at anytime because I work for the city.

ok but just so you know I might be a meme, I don't take it too seriously, I more or less just exercise when I feel like it and do what I feel like.

I'll just list individual stuff because I just sort of swap it around all the time.

>pullups 5x10 (2 min. rest)
>chinups 7x10 (2 min rest)
>dips 5x10 (2 min rest)
>Pushups with benches under legs and hands so I can go down all the way and not be doing pussy pushups 5x25 or whatever I feel like (2 min rest)
>the pullup where the two handles are perpendicular to your body 5x10 (2 min rest)
>as many situps as I feel like, usually somewhere around 5x60 (i just do these inbetween other stuff)
>whatever those things are where you hang off of something and do leg raises
>jump squats (I think thats what they're called) where you jump up and bring your legs up, then when you land go all the way down and do it again 5x25 (I do this between other things)
>lots of heavy bag work because I used to box and yeah

keep in mind that again, its not like this is in order of a routine or something, its just individual exercises I just sort of throw around and do as I feel. I also add weights to this shit sometimes when I feel.

theres probably other stuff I'm missing but this is pretty much it. I might be a meme. I don't honestly care if this isn't getting me maximum gains because I don't take this too seriously.

oh yeah and I do Krav Maga which makes up for not being a fucking 250lb giant well enough
