What does /fit/ think about the peck deck fly
Works for me. Better resistance throughout the movement compared to dumbbells. Cable is superior, but I'm homegym :^(
Use cables instead
Don't see why you couldn't just do dumbbell flys, but if you can do it without feeling like the restricted movement path is unnatural for you, then it would be fine.
DB bench or DB flys for accessory work and flat or incline?

Also it hurts the shoulders of some people.

Of course it does, it's effectively the same motion (at least, as far as the pecs are concerned). It just doesn't put stupid amounts of strain on your joints.
