Yeah bro, I don't know if its "too slow" a loss, but I was also lifting for half this cut (the recent half)

I was 240 in April, and now I am 216. In this past month I went from a typical set of 6-8 of 115 on decline to now 135-145 same reps, and from 250 on leg press (fast then slow eccentric without locking out) to now doing the machine max of 475 lbs on leg press. I'll go to single legs soon. (Wrist injury and shoulder mobility keeping me from squats, working on shoulders tho).
