Why do all lifters talk about "PRs" and shit like if it was such a great achievement in lifting. Lifting is not difficult at all. All you have to do is continue lifting and eating right to PR. Sure you'll reach a point one day where you just can't lift more weight but that's the human limit. (Ex. 1000lbs) Even if you do reach that point what use is being able to say bench that much.
Running a mile even if its just 10sec faster than last time is a true PR. Because it can take a months worth of training just for a 5sec increase. Or finishing a triathlon at a faster time. Getting a faster lap time on the track in a time attack even. Actions that actually require true skill!
