I don't know what it was called again, but I saw a video of someone doing this thing where you first do superman, then side planks, then crunches, then side planks on the other side, and then actual planks and then again superman and so forth. You basically rotate like two or three times. It's pretty fucking intense if you want it to be. I've been doing those like every second day for some time.

I don't see what the problem is in this pic. Once you have big legs you can just work your upper body more to balance it out.
