Would it ever work?
> 100 situps
> 100 pushups
> 100 squats
> 10km run
Every single day
Even if its not effective, calling it now, the OPM workout will become a thing
/a/ get the fuck out.

lol, is this some kind of new bait in /fit/ now?
I tried doing it once desu, it was all pretty easy apart from the 10 km run
>10km run every day
Good luck with that
>>35003260
Neckbeard holiday today? Why so mucb shit posting on /fit/?
>>35003260
Throw one or two rest days in there for the 10k run and it would be ez pz
Lol wheres the progression in this shit. Didnt you learn anything from bruce lee..
>>35003260
Army here
Is this supposed to be a lot?
>>35003260
>air-condintioniner
>tumblr_
pls
what the fuck is an air-condintioniner?
>>35003391
The exercises no. The 10km yes, not to mention stupid. You'll perma ruin your joints by 30s
10km a day on a cycle would have made more sense.
>>35003391
No, that's the joke.
But I wonder, would it be best to do 100 pushups in a row or split them in sessions of 10-15 each?
>>35003335
>new
There seems to be a one punch man thread up at all times for awhile now.
It'd work to give you endurance which could be argued is strength in the same sense that speed = strength but i wouldn't say it would make you much "stronger". Paired with a good diet you'd be one lean bastard though.
>>35003448
Do this instead
Either 30 ten times with 1 min rest between each series or
100 - 60 - 40 - 40 - 30 - 30
>>35003260
Saitama mode is my actually my goal.
>>35003492
I still struggle making 15 five times with 2 minutes rest
>>35003571
Don't worry. You're not supposed to start like that. Takes a lot of time to adjust. give a look to some schedules or apps for pushups (or whatever you wanna build) and follow it.
>>35003653
thanks anon
He was immediately called out by his apprentice about that being a low intensity strength routine.
I would give my left bollock to have the strength and energy to do that everyday.
Alas.
>>35003260
Good luck snatching as much as he can.
There these guys that do "anime inspired routines" online. It's mostly bodyweight shit.
>>35003571
HI /v/
>>35003761
Saitama sure has a proportioned body.
Maybe I would prefer slightly bigger shoulders and pecs tho.
>>35003775
caught me
>>35003260
Well if youre a weeb its a great workout considering the alternative is nothing
Also why do people on /fit/ think 10k is hard? It doesent even give you a time limit, you cqn do it in two hours. 5km/h is easy unless youre in a wheelchair
