On my winter bulk routine AxBx REPEAT
A - Strength day, 5 rep maxes on lower body thing like squats, deadlifts. Then 5 rep maxes on bench or push press, then lots of heavy rows
B - Accessory day - Curls, neck, traps, calves, grip work, lots of heavy abs for Doorbrah mode.
Cardio is pickup basketball, lots of walks, judo
Diet is 3500+ calories a day.
Anyone else winter bulking?
