Skyr sounds great in theory but I've found that it mixes like crap.
Besides, for less than one tiny beaker of Skyr I can buy a 1kg tub of low-fat Quark.

I don't think we have Quark in the UK, but £1 for 450g is pretty decent. The alternative is Fage total 0%, slightly more expensive.
I sometimes mix the strawberry one with Oats, regular milk and chopped fruits for a lift-day Carbicide meal.
