>Eating clean
Alright, meal planning - preparation and cooking takes a lot of time. And honestly I haven't been putting my all into it.
What are some of /fit/ approved meals that can be prepared for the week and taken to work multiple days without tiring of said meal.
Looking for the more creative, not culinary per se, but besides roast a chicken breast and steam brocolli, ya know.

if you ever wanted proof that people who take clean eating seriously are autistic look no further than that pic
I highly advise you not to cook an entire weeks worth of meals all at once.
I don't do meal prep anymore, but I would only do three days at a time.
I still don't believe that all those instagram try hards actually follow through with all of those meals.
Five day old plain chicken is disgusting and not worth the trouble if you're not extremely pushed for time and have to have exact macros for some reason.

I plan out one day on My Fitness Pal, then cook that times 7. It doesn't have to be clean just close to your macros and try and stay away from artificial sugar or packaged foods.

I would agree. I just want to be able to do this for time reasons and have some variety. I don't actually care about the portion control and autism.
Just want some planning and variety with preparation while still have the 'clean' aspect.

IF? What is this? Instant Foods? No, I lift, just starting to hit my stride actually and want to complement my workouts with a better diet. Not necessarily strict, I can put food down no problem..want to lift for those gains.
