I need help with my diet. I'm doing calisthenics and running, trying to burn off my fat. I weigh about 210 pounds and sit at 5'7"(I'm a lucky manlet though, got a qt3.14 4'10" gf)
I eat alright I guess, diet is as listed
Morning:
*Greek Yogurt ~ 100cal
or
*Bowl of cheerios w/ cup of lowfat milk + glass of milk(1cup) ~ 400 cal
=100~400cal
Lunch:
*misc fruit ~100-250 cal
*cup lowfat milk ~ 100 cal
*2 scoop protein shake w/ lowfat milk ~ 360 cal
= 700~cal
Snack:
*salted crackers ~ 50cal
Supper:
*tuna salad[can o' tuna light chunk, 1tsp mayo, 1tbsp dill relish] ~ roughly 150cal

*burrito ~ 300 cal

something meat related, try not go over 400cal on whatever it is
Snack 2:
more crackers ~ 50 ~ 100cal
Snack 3:
More crackers ~ 50 ~ 100cal
Main thing I need help with is my snacking. I get cravings and crackers are all I know to keep me from attacking the little debbies. Any help?
Going by this, I'm getting roughly 1450 calories a day, MyFitnessPal says I need 2000 to lose 1.5 pounds a week.

Celery sticks is what you are looking for. It's basically water and fiber. You can get a tupperware and put greek yogurt with a little bit of olive oil as a dip.
