At what age did you guys start lifting? I started at 13 now I'm a 20 yo manlet.

I started at 13 and it didn't stunt my growth at all, if that's what you were alluding to by mentioning your manlet status. In fact, since resistance training can boost HGH production, I tend to suspect it makes you taller if anything. That's provided you don't do anything stupid and herniate multiple discs, et cetera.

Started at 14, lifting for sports in high school. I was supposed to be 6'0" and I'm exactly 6'0", so I guess it didn't really affect me at all. Since I guess this is about lifting and height now.

height does not affect lifting unless you try to max too high, can fracture growth discs. I am short cuz of genetics not from lifting
