What's up guys. I dont care about aesthetic abs I want them to be strong as soon as possible to fix this anterior pelvic tilt that's making squats and deads a nightmare. On trainning days I do ab wheels 3x10. Would it be beneficial to do planks on off days like 3x1 min? Again for endurance and strenght purposes.
Thanks!

Your best bet would probably be more vertical compression
Get more squat volume with 110% form nazi-age

Im trying to avoid heavy Squats and DLs alltogether. I want to avoid saturating my hip flexors as much as posible so planks and ab wheels are my best safe bet.

Do planks and glute bridges. Honestly just building body awareness is the most important part when it comes to fixing posture.

I'm not OP but I'd like to start using the ab wheel. What kind of frequency do you recommend?

Go each set until it is almost a fail, why not? Most likely incorporating this exercise in a volume of other exercises, usually with abs you go until a burn, ya?

Calisthenics and street workout.
Levers, planches, hefesto... will give you strong abs.

What would be a good volume? I do 3x10 ab wheels because I doing squats and dls you already hit the core pretty hard. On the planks what would be a better volume/frecuency?

Scott Harmon

Find his ab video where he's wearing a Santa hat for some reason.

He's vanilla af bit based as all hell. Top YouTube lifter.

What the actual fuck? APT is caused by a weak posterior chain. The solution is squats and deads.

That's posterior pelvic tilt. APT is when you abs, glutes and hams are weak, your lower back, quads are stronger and your hip flexors are tight from sitting all day.

Holy ab wheel user reporting. I do it to fail of form. At some point form starts getting shitty that's when i call it. So it's like 17 reps 15 10 and then I spam 10 until i feel i have done well and my abs hurt like shit. I also do some side rolling (roll onto a side like 45 degrees). Make sure you support your knees with a foam or a pillow.

Fuck planks. Hollow hold is better

Also stretch hip flexors and quads

Strengthen glutes as well as abs
>>
>>34993692

Does anybody else think that guy looks like he probably just smells like shit?

Srs.

Hollow hold have to be done correctly to prevent lower back fatigue and even then you put some stress anyway. Planks are safer equally or more effective
