literally just exercise.
if you lift, and squat sufficiently enough, you will have a body like that.
you might have to supplement in some gluteal work if you don't have good ass genetics.
barbell hip thrusts, and weighted quadruped hip extensions are my favorite two.
i like single leg bodyweight glute bridges to follow up my main glute work and really focus on getting a strong contraction (When you squeeze your butt so hard it hurts, only with resistance)
