Hey /fit/. I'm somehow in a problem. My arms are not the same in the triceps and biceps. Should I like stop the lifting in the right arm or do I just continue lifting in both but just put more in the left?

Do single side isolations, weak side first. If you fail on the weak side, do exactly that much and no more on the strong side. This allows you to maintain the strong side while the weak side catches up.

This exactly, what I did for my left arm and now my lefts just as strong if not slightly stronger than my right, still looks worse though.
Dumbbell preacher curls helped a lot start with weak side as anon said.
For triceps I did underhand solo arm pull downs not sure if it has a real name but it's basically a reverse curl.

Jerking off is not enough. Use your left hand predominantly.
Writing? Brushing teeth? Pulling a drawer open? Lifting something light up? And many other things. Use your left hand.
Use dumbells instead of barbell. And that's it
