I see somebody's actually read some of the stuff Rob Rhinehart (creator of soylent) has written.

It'd be less disturbing if for one minute he'd acknowledge that maybe, just maybe, he's kind of an outlier.

Both of these.

It's multi-vitamins plus a few other things (salt, choline, etc), protein powder, fiber and carbs. I use whey, hemp and coconut oil, and flax and oat powder for those last pieces. (I tried masa once, it's one of the most popular knockoffs, shit was like drinking sand water.)

I am a spooky skeleton (6'5" 145LBS) that hates eating food. This seems like it could solve all of my issues.

I don't think you understand. I hate eating. It wastes time that could be spent doing other things.

Most people don't understand this mindset, so that's no insult to you. I would rather just get my calories and nutrients in the most effective and simple method possible. Soylent seems to be exactly what I want.

In addition to Soylent, I'd probably consume an apple and two bananas daily so that my digestive tract is still exposed to solid foods, and thus does not deteriorate.

Not the same guy you were talking to, but I get that anon's feelings on eating. If you told me that I could eat at a 3 Michelin star restaurant every day for the rest of my life but that I would have to spend a total of 3 hours eating in a day (summing up the time it takes for breakfast, lunch, dinner) as opposed to something simple and bland that took only 10 minutes in a day, I would choose the latter every single time. Like I've eaten at restaurants where the bill was like 200 dollars per person (the bills were expensed as part of a business meeting) and while the food tasted good, I just couldn't help but feel like I was wasting so much time for a damn meal. If it weren't for the fact that we were doing business at the same time, I probably would have been checking my watch every 10 minutes wondering when the damn full course would be done.

Meals prepped for the rest of the week or just eating super basic foods make total sense to me. People who love to cook and spend a significant time preparing and eating food boggles me.
