Nigger, just track your food, I lost 20+ pounds doing absolutely nothing, that's sitting on the chair all day and playing video games. The most exercise I did was walk to the kitchen to make my meals. Don't eat over 1500 calories a day and you might start loosing weight. Little by little, everything else is just extra.
