Has anyone tried this before?
Yesterday I was making soup and tasted a bit and it burned my tongue pretty badly. I noticed after I could hardly eat the rest of the night because it hurt so bad.
So today to achieve the same success I had yesterday I cooked up some bacon grease and spooned it on my tongue to burn it. I noticed my cravings have been pretty low today and I have no doubt I'll be eating less.
It also has helped me drink more water, as the ice water helps soothe my tongue.
Jesus christ just eat less it's not that fucking hard

It's odd that you bring this up. I quit smoking cigarettes and switched to an e cig. Well I either got a burn or allergic reaction but it made my tongue numb and it was so hard to chew. My jaw would get fatigued. I stopped and noticed that the symptoms reversed. Get an e cig and vape away. I threw up a few times from not being able to chew properly. It sucked ass, but if I didn't have the motivation to bulk I'd skip meals.
