Does every kid you train go into 3pl8 squats fairly fast?
Im 19 and just hitting 2pl8 squat after a year.

Ok so just to get this straight. If I want to make mad size gains I should do a hypertephy program over a 5x5. My friend has me going on a 5x5 when I dont really care about the weight I lift. So the question stands, so long as I use progressive overload, I will get stronger even using a hypertrophy program but it will take longer?

Depends on firstly on how long they have been doing it gender and weight (classe). Have 4 of under 18 year old girls that do 3 plates (140kg).

With older teenagers that are new I usually focus on their fitness state with maybe 2 trainings a week with technique and heavier weight trainings sessions accompanied with 3-4 lighter work, and conditioning training.

I dont use that kind of training model.

I have two systems -
10-12 and 13-15 train with coach every school day (mon-wedn).

Then other general system where I have -
Basic education - teach movements, make profile and develop basic strength and skill (in training linear progression mostly) and alot of other exercise.

After lifter has gone through the basics - and I approve he trains more alone he gets program organized from by skill - volume 1-6

After he has trained for more time like this and progressed (1-3 years depending on skill) I invite him to train competitively.

There we have similar system we organize athlete from 1-5 and he gets program based on rankings skill, time, and sponsorship.

When he has reached international level there is another classe that gets costom made programs with very high volumes.

Break down
basic training - sub 6,000 repetitions on exercise a year

general rankings - 7-18,000 repetitions.
competion rankings - 19-35,000 repetitions
international - 40-55 repetitions.

So a kid beginning to train at age 10-12 is fine? I have a nephew (age 8) who i want to teach to lift but am scared of him hurting himself.
How do the kids that age do?
>>
As a noob how the hell do I keep my back from rounding? My starting position is just about fine, but when I get the weight around 1cm off the ground my back rounds. This is even at 70kgs (my 5 rep max is 100kgs)

I like to run and swim and do cardio on elliptical machines 60-90 minutes every day, and I only lift for about 45 minutes to an hour, rest day is on Sunday. I do this because I have a family history of heart disease and I don't want to leave my wife without a husband. How do I get these guys to stop calling me a faggot?

Lol fag

Do HIIT with prowler, farmer walks, other strongman endurance training
>>
>>34948534
Isn't that incompatible with running for distance and speed though?
>>

Should focus on general exercises and games for the youngest. With time and regular training you turn the games towards gaining skills and short distance sprinting, stationary long jumps, pull ups, rope climbing - while making increase in flexibility, fitness and strength.

When child shows he can do stationary squat drills and with no weight object you can start doing olympic lifting technique (20-30% of training).

Always increase speciality in corespond with general physical state. Better fitness more specialization is possible - and round the training over all towards better health.

Some children can start lifting after 6 months of these types of training others take longer time - based on dedication and abilities.

Distance yeah, imcapt-whatever.
But youre tryin to push that prowler within a certain distance under a certain ammount of time so you should be workking speed.

Im not op btw just random anon

How much money do you make and how much of it do you pay for your regular bbc male escort visits?
>>
>>34948603
Around 500 USD a week and free housing from the club. Live with 4 other lifters and my wife in big house owned by the club.

Dont have BBC in my country probably would be around 200-300 USD a month if they where.

Strength training is good to do seperate from long cardiovascular aerobic training. Maybe do two seperate days for strength in beggining and end of training week is good.
>>
>>34948228
What i should focus if i want to maximize my Judo trainings?

I'am not Judo coach, but I notice that best athletes in that department have a steady conditioning and strength training regiment in the morning - with technique then mat work in the after noons.

There have couple of people gone to the olympics from this department and their off mat work along with good coach has made good progress and alot of good judokas here.

What country you in anon?

Could you post a timestamped picture of some proof of your claims?

Ask a millionaire astronaut media CEO anything btw.

Mostly important is that the child has intrest in doing these kinds of activities. I have two children and they both at very young age showed intrest but where restrained from doing it until they had enough age. Before that judo and athletics. My oldest (9) will soon begin her offical training and is very excited.

It is most important for it to be a fun activity and with other children with similar skill level.

>>34948808
By strength training you mean muscular potency rather than resistence and size, right?

Thx, bro!

There is usually a pulling exercise (power cleans, narrow grip snatch, high pulls), squating exercise and other accessory work related to judo and also for their athletic conditioning.

They like to use kettlebells for many varients and also some barbell work. Intensity warries alot from competition period, but always come in the morning and training is suited from there.
