Train anyway you see fit, training should be fun for you. However, why not try something like, chest&tri - back&biceps - legs&shoulders, restday, repeat. Or maybe a p/p/l?
But if your diet is bad you wont make as much gains as you optimally would

I do alternating sets, so I end up with 3 days:
1) Legs and shoulders
2) Chest and biceps
3) Back and triceps
These day 2 and day 3 splits work better for me than chest / triceps and back /biceps since I'm doing alternating sets with less rest between exercises.
