Also these are called inverted rows.

Just beacuse some faggot on youtube is calling them rack chins doesn't mean that's what they're called.

Also these should be supplemented to your training after you're doing bent over/pendelay rows if you want more volume and that there bodyweight dominance.

If you can't do weight chins do negatives and lat pull downs.

Seriously every man heavy or not should be able to do at least a few weighted pull ups.

Fucking mark smelly bell can bust out 10-15 pull ups with a little bit of weight and they're big, heavy & strong.

Not the same guy, but I hate pull ups so I don't do them ever. My gym has a nice lat pull down machine that uses plates and it works better than pull ups ever did for me
