I posted myself a few days ago but only got a few responses, i want to know why does my body looks like this, almost all clothes look weird on me and i want to know if there is any exercise or surgery that is able to fix my body, or at least i want to know the name of my deformity.

might look or feel a bit funny to you at this level of muscle mass, but once you exercise a bit more you'll tone up nicely.
if you want it to look more normal immediately, work on your lats. widening your back will make your chest fit into your body nicely.
