yes, reddit
currently doing a low volumelifting routine with a calisthenics routine for assistance
because why not both?
I can't manage to progress to one arm chins, looks like I'll have to juice to get there
>>34929179
lower the frequency soon before plateau imho
>>34929722
one arm chin is achievable natty, just dont be fat
>>34929076
There's one in /asp/. It's a gymnastics/body weight training focused general.
>>34929731
Why should I? I'm currently cutting.
>>34929076
>Starting with the fedora of pullups
BW excercise is actually pretty fun, and being able to do things like a strict muscle up or a handstand pushup impresses people a lot
>>34929076
What calisthenic exercises can I add to strengthen my core? Atm I have dragonflags, leg raises, planks and core pushups.
>>34929831
- Window wipers
- Isometric leg raise hold for time
- Crunches of various forms
>>34929879
I used to do weighted crunches with 20kg man but it started hurting my back
>>34929885
Tell him to get off then.
>>34930036
lmao nice one
>>34929885
>20 kg man
Wtf
Slowly getting my one arm chin up back. Every time I'd get it, I'd get some surgery and not be able to workout.
>>34929732
I'm not that fat
I could defiinitely lose a few kgs to get nearer to my goals but as I said I don't train nly calisthenics so I have some muscle mass I don't want to lose
I'm around 90kg 15%bf

>I'll call them dyel because they can do tricks I can't
tell me how much you DL, son, lets have fun
There's this guy who comes into the fucking weight room, always puzzles me. He's pretty jacked, but he just comes in, adds three plates to a belt and does pullups. Only thing I've b ever seen him do
>>34932324
desu doing 3 plates pullups isn't something you can do on your doorframe bar
>>34931432
I feel like they should rename the board to /lift/
You kids give bodyweight a bad name.

>handstand pushup impresses people a lot
most people I talked with on the subject don't understand how it works and consider it as hard as pushups although when they try the get tthe problem
