It's always shit starting up again breh, gotta push through it. Lower the weight a bit just so you get used to it and aren't totally fucked on walking, then go back up to your working weight over a week or so.

ive only been lifting for 2 months, the only place i really feel it after squats is my hip flexors because poor mobility :/
