Heavy squats (after warming up)
Lunged
Curls
Extensions
Calf raises
Sets and reps vary

If you aren't hurting and shaking afterwards, you aren't going hard enough.
I'm going for strength currently, so heavy sets with low reps. I'm sore afterwards, but just looking for some variations

i warm up, do them leg extensions to warm up da legs. do some back squats, light deadlift, then ham string curls and calf raises. then a little warm down.
