Squatting form question. Noob here trying to get to t-rex mode

Squatting form question.

Noob here trying to get to t-rex mode by doing squats. Is it bad form if when I am going up my knees sorta bend inwards? I saw someone laughing at me doing squats the other day and I think it was because I was doing that. I made a diagram in paint. It's really bad. I can post pics of what i'm talking about if the diagrams don't suffice senpai.

Look up knee valgus and see if that's what happening to you.
Happens to a lot of people when they're squatting heavy.

Seriously now: your knees caving means that your glutes and or inner thighs (adductors or vastus medialis obliquus) are weak.
Address your weakness by perfecting your form. Then add weight.

You should squat in a way that targets your quads, which means you should use an upright stance. Stance width targets either the inner or outer thighs.

Torso angle, low or high, determines hip and knee joint activity.

After you work all these factors out, you simply add weight over time to get as strong as possible.
