Lifting since 2003 here. Started at 16. Went on gear after hitting 21 for a few years and now I've been completely off for a years. I regret doing it that I feel like I might have done damage to my body that I just don't know about yet or at least weakened my body internally some how. I am annoyed at myself because of the fact I took those risks and now literally don't give a shit about how I look so long as I'm not a fat cunt. I am literally happy just lifting and maintaining, my mind/life isn't dedicated to lifting/dieting/drugs anymore, it's focused on much more important things. Now lifting is just a thing I do, like brushing my teeth, nothing serious like my mind constantly being on it and trying to maximize my gains.
