Unless you actively avoided legs it seems kind of impossible to have a sub 1pl8 squat
How are your DLs?

DL is 2.5 pl8 but I just started training legs seriously. I only trained legs like once a month maybe

i can bench 2pl8 for 3 and can't squat 3pl8. and i did SS followed by TM. gonna try 5/3/1 and see if that works

What's bad about that? Once you have learned good technique, you can go from 1pl8 squat to 2pl8 in a month.
2pl8 bench is way harder to reach.

If your DL is there you shouldn't take too long to bring legs up to speed, DLs always work my hammys like a motherfucker and my quads some. Just keep hitting the squat rack, breh.

Theoretically, but you'll probably plateau sooner if you aren't giving yourself enough time to recover. DOMS isn't always an indicator of needing recovery, too. It's your body though, just listen to what it's telling you.

I can good morning/low bar squat 2,5 plate but as soon as I try out the proper squat form I cannot even do 1p properly, forget hitting parallel.

And I even wear lifting shoes.
Fuck my mobility, my weightlifting PT calls me a special case and he has no idea how to fix it.
