I am looking for a lifting routine image. Something called "icebreaker" or I don't know.
Basically I remember Day 1 you start with Bench then 3-4 more exercises and then end it with Squat.
Day 2 was nearly the same, only different exercises, but you end with 1x5 Deadlift.
I can't find the black and white text image. Maybe somebody knows a similar routine.
This is Greyskull LP
If you're just starting out then SS would be the best. It gave me some great noob gains when I started. Once you've progressed into lifting more than a brosplit is always good.

Yes, thanks. That was it. Here take this ass.

I am curious now. The "alternating" means, you do 3x5 Overhead and then do 3x5 Bench
OR
Do 1 set of overhead, then immediately move to 1 set of Bench
OR
Does it mean I alternate between days
For example Day1 is OHP, Chinup, SQ
Day2 Bench, Row and DL
Day3 OHP, Chin and Squat

you alternate between days as you described. Over a 2 week period you've done all the alternating exercises equally many times.

It means alternate between days.
But do SS, sets until failure for novices is beyond retarded.

Thanks, brehs. I am not that novice. I usually do the last set to failure anyway. So, the Greyskull thing is for novices?
>>34898486
when do you take rests?
>>34899306
It's for anyone who doesn't need intermediate training.
>>34899410
So it is for people beyond intermediate?
>>34899372
I'm guessing you, work out 3 days and rest for 4 days.

what I thought too, but it doesn't seem like much then really.

Seems like this is some shit workout and I am the OP, who requested it. I guess I remembered it better.
