this.
i just use a small Moleskin notebook where i write my lifts for the day, the weight and how many reps for each set i do.
so if i plan to do bench press, overhead press and deadlifts, it would look like this:
BP - 92kg - 5 5 5
OHP - 62kg - 5 5 8*
DL 112kg - 5
*last set to failure

Well sonny, I'm a bonafide oldfag and I used a pen and notebook to track my workouts back in 2002. What were you doing in 2002? Peeing on yourself? Ha ha. Sorry, just a little humor, mein neger.
But yeah. Notebook and pen and you can go fuck yourself.

does your lifting phone match your lifting belt, gloves, bag, hairband, lululemon, and nail polish?
I use Google sheets. It's a free spreadsheet program for android. I do PPL so it looks something like this:
PUSH Day 1 Day 4
ex 1 150 lbs: 5,5,5 ...
ex 2 90: 10,10,10
...
PULL Day 2 Day 5
ex 1 180: 5,5,5 ...
ex 2 ...
...
LEGS Day 4
ex 1 280: 5,5,4
ex 2 ...
...
It's pretty basic but i can highlight text red like if i fail a rep or yellow to indicate a really tough set where i may not want to increase weight etc. i think you can also graph your progress but i havent gotten that fancy yet.
just started using an excel spreadsheet for my greyskull routine, you put in the reps you got and it tells you what weights to put on each workout and creates graphs of progress.

it's like 10$ for 3 of them and those 3 will last you over a year.
that's less than double chicken + guac at chipotle
I like Jefit

OneNote is pretty based. You can add images and hyperlinks for form reminders, have different sections (i have a flexibility section and a weightlifting section, each with different routines). Very organized, very easy to use

lol you can run your smart mouth online all you want but we both know if you we were standing face to face and Big P was with me, you wouldn't say shit. You'd use a little more respectful language. Big P doesn't like to be disrespected and he's been known to have quite the temper. Wouldn't end well for you.

thats just fat no yummy muscles
StrengthCalc > JeFit > Excel spreadsheets
StrengthCalc doesn't have everything but it has a better interface imo. JeFit has a shitload of routines already created you can sync to your phone from their website.
FitNotes
Multiyear is the most robust. Tracks big 3, weight, Fat Free Mass, graphs intensity vs volume over time, weekly loads, and even more shit that I don't care to look at. Pretty sure it is iOS only though
