Waste of money. Unless you're deepfrying shit (I hope not anon) there isn't much reason to use more than a table-spoon of oil. Oil isn't so bad that coconut oil is worth the price. Just buy olive oil. Also you can use olive oil for all kinds of things, like dry skin and shit.
