The guy who said lose 15 lbs was trolling. You're already pretty skelly. If you cut to 145 you'd be toothpick-tier and you may still not have abs because they're just not that developed. Spend some time on planks, ab wheel, hanging leg raises, Russian twist or w/e. Gain some abs. Then cut.
