If you don't prioritize back training over chest, you're an idiot.
>>
Literally nothing more important than a strong back. Decreases chance of injury, strengthens nerves and cns, increases athletic performance, and intimidating as hell.
>>
>>34883544
Back training is a meme, there arent even muscles in your back.
>>
>>34883567
agreed

I can't even see my back.
>>
My back after 6 months of lifting. How's it coming along?
>>
As someone who did the opposite, I admit the error of my ways. Back > chest.
>>
>>34883544

>tfw no chest
>tfw all back.
>>
>>34884502
Pretty good for 6 months, keep it up friend

>>34883544
Is that my boy Liu??
>>
>>34884502

>>
>>34886307
Pretty much nothing. Get surgery.
>>
>>34886307
Without surgery, it will always be noticeable. I know because I have it. Just accept your shit tier genes.

>>
>>34883567
R u a bird?
>>
>>34883952
If it's not too bad jefferson deadlifts, yoga and dance
>>
>>34886363
Who knows shits free in Canada. They sometimes do it with a vacuum seal now so it doesn't even need surgery.
>>
>tfw start lifting for the first time in my life a few months ago
>tfw making great noob gainz on my entire body from the waist up except my chest

It looks so awkward, why does my chest get no activity from so many lifts. I'm going to be imbalanced as fuck
>>
>>34886307
How bad do you have it? I have PE as well (nowhere near the pic you posted, and lifting helped it A LOT. It's barely visible when I keep my core tight/good posture. Only problem is one of my ribs is sticking out a bit, but I don't mind.
>>
>>34886415
Its fairly noticeable with any tight fitting shirt I wear I'm still a skelly 6'1 150 so bulking might help
>>
>>34886368
I prefer dumbbell rows.
>Tfw you have one hand to support your upper body
>>
>>34886437
I started at the exact same stats. I'm still 165 skelly now but it's already a lot better. Worst thing about it is that it looks like we have a massive pot belly when a bit bloated. You'll make it brah, just lift.
>>
>>34886442
>using your arm to steal gains from your back

You're your own gainz goblin>>34886442
>>
>>34886465
we are all our own worst gains goblins.
>>
>>34883567

The whole back is a myth, mirrors are creations of the Jew.
>>
>>34886398
do dips instead of bench
>>
>>34887528
Should I add flies also?
>>
Is pendlay row the best for a good back? Or should do yates row?
>>
>>34887557
Dips are enough m8
>>
>>34887567
Any kind of row is good, just do pullups too

Yates row are more rear delt since your body is more upright, do this one too along with the other row
>>
>>34887586
Cool, thanks man!
>>
>>34887586
if i look at my routine i think my only back work is pull ups and lat pull downs.

maybe power cleans count ?

is this enough ?
>>
>>34887820
no
>>
>>34887820

Lolno.

A back workout is worthless without some form of pull from the floor and some form of row.
>>
>>34887586
>Yates row are more rear delt since your body is more upright,
how does i into rear delt anatomy
>>
>>34887862
rear delts do 2 things
pull up from the back
http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/DeltoidPosterior/BBRearDeltRaise.html

pull like in a row with the elbows flared
http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/DeltoidPosterior/BBRearDeltRow.html
http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/DeltoidPosterior/BBLyingRearDeltRow.html

I personally prefer the 1st one
>>
>>34883544
The nature of powerlifting requires that I train both.
>>
>>34883567
this guy gets it
>>
>>34888001
doesnt mean yates hit rear delts more than pendlays for example as you can do them with your elbows flared and the rom will be way larger than just shoulder hyperextension
>>
>>34888011
that is true, but I meant they hit the rear delt more than a row where the elbows are next to your sides, not flared
>>
>>34888052
well the original question compared pendlays and yates and you have a decent bit of flare in pendlays
>>
>>34888070
I think thats more of a personal preference though
>>
>>34887458
this desu senpai, mirrors were made so they can see both sides of their money at once
