you'll be fucked after a few weeks of that routine unless you're juicing, that's why

>all of those compounds every day

1. Personally the legs day seems lol retarded.
>Maxing Lowbar& front squats; deadlifts& sumo's on the same day.
Why wouldn't you max front squat & sumo; Low bar and deadlift? Your lowbar and deadlift sets are going to fuck up your front squat and sumo sets respectively. It's pretty standard to max a squat and a pull in the same day. Maxing deadlifts then Sumo's immediately after seems like a great way of torching your lower back.

Also, The squatting volume seems really low. You don't need two weeks between max squat/deadlift sessions.

I totally disagree lol. He's only benching/pressing heavy once per week, and he's only squatting/pulling heavy biweekly. 3x5 isn't a lot of volume either.

Me again.

The layout in general seems really odd. Why not just cut the compound volume out of a powerlifting routine, and add in more assistance volume/intensity? Pic related would be my first guess at what to do, but I don't really know how to pick the bodybuilding assistance exercises.
