There is no 1 month progress you fucking moron.
It takes close to 3 months for actual muscle to start growing. Everything before that is CNS adaptation.
Post on /soc/ if you want people complementing you.
When I started going to the gym, my gymbro told me it takes roughly around three months to notice any change, and another two months for others to notice. And it was something like that for me.
So yeah, one month is nothing, but keep working out and you are a-ok. You will be mired. Im already miring you in advance. You are now my #1 nigga here.
Second pic just has better lighting/pose.
You're not gonna see any noticeable visual progress for a while. That's normal. Just focus on getting your lifts up and being consistent. You will see the gains in time.
