It kinda sounds like my gym, one of the more popular chains in the uk is called pure gym, the one near my house has a billion fucking treadmills for the office types who work nearby, but the free weight and even machine selection is pretty good and usually they leave it alone. Dirt cheap too, like £15 a month pay as you go because they don't have all the bullshit you don't need like pools or saunas
