Hay /fit/, about my eating habits.
I am consuming 30 whole eggs a day.
10 fried in a olive oil, 20 boiled in a water. Plus 1 liter of full homo-milk.
How soon I am going to die? I also take 30g of whey and 4g of creatine + multivit and omega-3 pills.

I am not american, as would my use of liters instead of gallons imply. I meant that I eat the egg as a whole, with the yolk and all.

Some people remove the yolks and just eat the whites, as the whites are mostly protein and the yolks are mostly fat. Eating a "whole egg" just means you didn't do that.
