I'm doing starting strength with an hour of brisk walking, cutting at 1500 cals. My thighs rub so much together that the skin looks like it's about to bleed. I rubbed olive oil there to ease the pain but I have no clue what I'm doing or what causes it. Is baby powder going to make me able to take brisk walks without bleeding thighs?

Wear compression shorts or lengthy boxer briefs. I have the same problem and compression shorts solved it.
