Are these any good? I don't like barbell rows.

looks pretty good, but it is good for your spine?
I am actualy considering this in my workout tbh fam
>>34552704
wtf is this shit, just do db rows like a normal
>>34552718
I can't see how it'd be any worse than bent over rows
B-bump
shit range of motion + what the fuck is your spine going to be doing
>>34552704
If you are going to sit down, might as well do rows on a machine.
>>34554436
I don't have a row machine. But I guess it's pretty obvious this is a shit idea. I'm home gym and my bench doesn't allow for chest supported rows so I thought this would work.
>>34552704
Chest Supported Rows are best. I do them with dumbbells but you can use a T-bar if you want.
They are shit. Do something that's not autistic.
I prefer these tbh fam

That's what I'm currently doing. I just don't like having to do it one arm at a time, I know that's pretty lame.
>>34554581
You should change up between unilateral & bilateral movements, like one day do barbell with both arms at same time, then next workout do DBs one arm at a time.
Try Kroc rows, lad.

You can try raising the bench and doing them laying down, like this:

This is the best method!
>>34554484
Just do bent over rows then
>>34554671
Yeah, take this as a rule: if olympic chinese weightlifters do it, it is probably a good exercise.
