yes i have used that stuff and I did notice a little bit of a boost in overall aggression, and just from that alone I was pushing myself harder in the gym. I also noticed a change when I stopped using it with some very light moodiness and irritability. Lifts also started to suffer a little as I took a 2 week break and also quite taking creatine in the same week.
That said, for all I know it was a placebo effect.
I prefer to stay away from taking too many supplements for long periods of time. I feel as though my body will start to rely on them and have a harder time adjusting when I do decide to stop using them so I keep it too a month or 2 then take a little time off.
