Quads and hams sore as fuck for two days. No lower back doms whatsoever.

Lower back sore as fuck day after. Legs fresh like squats never happened.

If you can't lift the weight with proper form, deload and progress until you can. Proper form with lower weight > compromised form that can send you to snap city.
