My chest is decent, it's a little developed (I have some muscle, started lifting six months ago), but I don't have any mass on the marked area, just bones. My chest it's not connected at all.
What can I do about it?
get your chest bigger, you cant isolate parts of the chest

Those were the first to come in for me. I didnt do dips or much of lower pec workout though
