What's the best routine for a natural lifter who has been lifting for over 3 years.

Depends

Depends on what exactly?
I definitely no longer have the energy to Bench Press and OHP on the same day anymore. Same goes for Squatting and Deadlifting on the same day, it's become too hard for me at this point due to my strength levels.

I heard push/pull/legs is great.

I've done PPLxPPL and I couldn't handle it, it was just too much for me.
Or do you mean PPL as in a AxBxCxx routine?

While I'm not saying you have to squat and dead (or press and bench) on the same day, strength levels aren't the limiting factor. Programming is. There's 800lb deadlifters and 700lb squatters who can handle doing both on the same day.

You can check out 5/3/1, that's a pretty standard routine for intermediate and advanced lifters

In PPL youre nore likely to bench and ohp on push day.
OP what are your lifts?
I am currently on SST training methods. It's for advanced naturals and requires a home-gym for time-constraints.
Monday
AM = Squats/Bench
PM = Accessories
Tuesday
AM = Rows/OHP
PM = Accessories
Thursday
AM = Deadlifts/Squats
PM = Accessories
Friday
AM = Bench/Rows
PM = Accessories.

Couldnt handle PPL?
Do you sleep/eat/drink enough

Check the Beyond 5/3/1 book. You train four days, upper(bench and OHP) and lower body(Squat, Deadlift) split.

Ahk. not op but I've always done ohp on the same day. always fell the most comfortable for me.
