It's not all life and death shit so he loses, constantly. Serious Tsundere action from an ass kicking Muay Thai girl if you're some /R9K/ cuck, but doesn't usually interfere.
Teppu - Tall girl who's good at everything starts MMA. She's basically the villain from a normal sports manga. Beats up Wo-manlets and acts like a dick. Very /fit/.
Grappler Baki - 42 volumes of frequently ridiculous training mixed with Baki being hard as fuck.
History Strongest Disciple Kenichi - I think it's shit, but it's got a lot of shonen training sequences and powering up if you're in to that kind of thing.
Eyeshield 21 - Really well written and drawn shonen about football, one of the few to show characters actually lifting in a non-bizarre fashion. Has magic black people.
Jo-Jos Bizarre Adventure - Super gay, right up /fit/s alley.
Kuso Miso Technique - As above. Yaranaika?
Rage of Bahamut is pretty good. It's a tie-in prequel anime to a card game, so the animation studio was given a huge budget to play with.

While I was watching "Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple" something clicked inside my brain that completely changed the way I experience chores (be it studying, working and even exercising back then when I started).
I began to experience a sense of calm and accomplishment both during and after whatever task I was going through. This was years ago mind you, the effect remains.
I cannot explain why or how and it could have been a coincidence. But if you are struggling to build new habits or shed old ones you might want to give it a watch.

The good thing with JoJo is that each volume/arc is pretty self-contained. There's a connection between them all, since they follow the Joestar bloodline, but you still get different plots, characters, genres, etc.
The recent anime adaptation is really good; the first seasons covers the first two volumes (including GOAT Battle Tendency). It's well worth a watch.
