It doesn't. I wear socks under mine and I have p sweaty feet. They're actually kind of shit in the winter because the cold blows right through them if your socks aren't thick enough.

Zx fluxes were too chunky and heavy imo, wouldn't recommend them for running. Pureboosts might be alright, not sure how they are for running but look good atleast. Racer Lites and Sl Loops are also really comfy and light.

Buy a foot locker suede cleaning kit, its pretty much a mesh brush and a rubber eraser "stone". The stone is perfect for the toughest sole stains.
