Guys here with tattoos and a lot of color. How do I keep the color? I wana go outside in the sun but don't want to ruin the color of my tattoos. Its the only shitty thing about having color.

Those colours will look alright when they're faded, I wouldn't worry about it. I don't know of any method to prevent it other than simply not going out (which isn't to say that a method doesn't exist), you'll be happier if you just forget about it. Really nice art btw.

The short answer is: you can't. Color will fade even if you spend little time outside and lather up with sunscreen.
I just got to the point to where I was like "Fuck it." and now I go outside as I please. I get touch ups from time to time when the color really starts to look like shit.

Like the other anon said it will naturally fade anyway and there are limits to the amount of touching up you can do.
You will never have that same vibrancy you had when it was fresh but if you keep it covered and out of sun it will stay bright for longer.
This is why designing for the long term is so crucial when it comes to tattoos. Look at at American traditional that age well and you will see that the features behind that are its heavy line work and use of black to contrast and make the other colours around it seem more vibrant.

Color will fade if your tattooer didn't get far enough into your epidermis to have ink be properly distributed and pigmented. if he did, you won't need a touchup for the next 9 years of your life, minimum.
