because the kind of shops that use those mannequins are not selling clothing to the high-fashion market, unless you're talking about very particular brands focussed on designing clothing for particular body types.
To get a real idea for who clothes are designed for that's the place of models on runway.
How to look skinny and good?
My BMI is 18.7, I'm the skinniest guy I know, everyone tells me I look like a fuckn skelly. I don't really mind it but can't say it looks good tho.
Is it possible to look good while being skinny without a god tier model face?
