i wear a rosary like this around my neck on most days
i'm not a practicing catholic but many of my family members are
i started wearing mine because it belonged to my cousin who suicided then i realized i also really like the way it looks
some people say it's bad to wear a rosary as a necklace but most don't mind
it's my favorite accessory

that's a Byzantine wedding ring, I read a paper on those for an art history class.
I'm tempted to bid on it, but I'd rather just have something similar custom made so I could actually wear it without worrying about rubbing the gold off.

It's not bad, but it's sort of over the top, people usually just wear a cross necklace. But if you have an emotional connection to it, and it works, go for it.
